PRODUCT CARE
Art is an investment, right?! We recommend washing garments on cold or warm/cold INSIDE-OUT to increase longevity of the print/image.
Some orders may ship and deliver hot off the press! Please wait at least 72 hours after arrival of your pieces before putting them through a wash cycle.
Hang dry when possible or tumble dry on low heat INSIDE-OUT. High heat can cause shrinking, fading and can degrade the prints faster.
Avoid harsh chemicals, like bleach.
Do not iron prints. There are specific heating processes that go into the production of our garments. High/excessive heat could ruin the image.

Exchange Terms and Guidelines:

Exchange requests are subject to product availability of equal value, must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and are subject to availability.

If you are returning an item that has been previously exchanged, there are no refunds on any exchange returns.

Sales items are FINAL and are not eligible for returns or refunds.
All Items are individually quality inspected prior to shipping. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs in the shipping process. However, we are not unreasonable assholes. If your package arrives clearly damaged, it will need to be reported within 5 days of delivery directly to support@ebandflowprintco.com. Email MUST include photos of the damage to package AND product and a photo of the shipping label. IF approved, EB&F will replace it with the same size and color as the original order. If any damage is reported after the
5 day policy, EB&F is not responsible.
Exchange Terms and Guidelines:

All returned items must have no wear and tear, scents, stains, or other signs of usage.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service for your protection and prompt delivery. EB&F is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

Please make sure that the returns form has been approved - We cannot guarantee that we will be able to properly locate and handle your return or exchange without the return authorization and the correct return address.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
